Online therapy is more common than you may think. Most of my work these days is online. Why do we like it?
Clients often mention the following• Flexibility• After hours is more assessable• Don’t need to worry about car parks• Can still get therapy if not feeling too well• Remote areas typically don’t have the resources of experienced counsellors • Offers more choice of counsellors
Problems that can be encountered • Poor internet connection can occur• Some people like the energy of being in person• Hypnotherapy is not a good option for zoom
